Ashkar's research goal is to address the fundamental challenges at the material and device level to enable high-speed low-power logic applications. Current research includes oxide and III-V interface characterization, simulation, fabrication and characterization of narrow-gap quantum-well FETs for beyond silicon technology nodes. He enjoys photography and listening to music.

Feng is working on LNA design for "Chip-scale Ultra Sensitive Magnetometer". Current research includes interface circuit design, fabrication as well as low frequency noise characterization and analysis of Si/SiGe Quantum well FETs. He enjoys reading and playing basketball.

Device modeling, fabrication and characterization of Quantum Well Transistors in the digital logic applications with low energy band-gap materials. Currently, Euichul has been focusing on the scalability of In0.7Ga0.3As HEMT and developing a new structure design of InGaAs HEMT. He likes to listen to music and to play tennis, soccer and baseball.
