Tutor Evaluation Form
Tutor requests will be available starting August 31, 2009.
The Tutoring Center offers free assistance in a variety of General Education courses. If you are having trouble in a certain course, from biology to history to computer science, we will attempt to match you with a tutor for individual help or group tutorials.
If you are matched with an individual tutor, you can set your own meeting times with him or her. You can meet with your tutor at any one of our ULC locations. Occasionally, small groups are set up with a single tutor due to the demand placed upon the Center.
During tutoring sessions, you may want to ask questions or discuss exams. Whatever it is, you decide what you want to work on. We can often help you develop confidence in your ability to discover the answers on your own.
Besides matching students to their peer tutors, the Tutoring Center also keeps current information on tutorials and other help sessions offered by departments and honor societies around the university.
As peer tutors, we know what you are going through and are prepared to help you with whatever difficulties you might have.
The Tutoring Center offers the help you need to get the grades you want. Don't wait any longer.
Individual tutoring sessions can be held in one of our two locations: 220 Boucke or 7 Sparks. Please click here to request a tutor.
