The University Learning Centers (ULC) provide a trained staff of peer tutors, an encouraging learning environment and technology tools to enhance your academic success.

  • A staff of over one hundred peer tutors provide free out-of-class assistance through the ULC's eight centers at three campus locations.
  • The Learning Centers provide free peer tutoring for individual and group work, access to reserve course materials and a variety of technology.
  • The Centers feature digital video-editing equipment, access to the Penn State backbone, video and audio tape players and more.
