International Student Services

Penn State Harrisburg is home to more than 80 international students from 25 different countries. Due to the smaller campus atmosphere, the students have a wonderful opportunity to develop close relationships with other students, faculty and staff members.

The Office of International Student Support (OISS) houses the International Student Adviser and provides support services for international students in matters relating to USCIS paperwork, social, and cultural issues. Requests for program extensions, travel documents, and work permissions are processed through this office. Referrals to professionals in financial, legal and other concerns are also provided.

Because of the diversity of the staff and faculty members, it is not uncommon to find others on campus who speaks your native language.
