S.T.Y.L.E. is a leadership development program designed to examine the fundamentals of effective leadership. The goal of the program will be accomplished by utilizing various leader and leadership assessment tools; examining ethics in leadership; and exploring leadership within organizational culture. The program aim is to equip leaders with tools that can be implemented in various leadership situations. The S.T.Y.L.E. Program is offered during the Fall and Spring semesters on both the Schuylkill and Harrisburg campuses. It is a four part series and is open to all Penn State Harrisburg students.
