What is the Student Activity Fee?

The Student Activity Fee is a fee that every registered student at Penn State Harrisburg is required to pay. The purpose of the SAF is to provide students with the funds to enhance their co-curricular campus experience.

How are the Student Activity Fee funds allocated?

The request for SAF funding is submitted to the SAF committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing proposals and allocating activity fee monies in a manner that is consistent with the purpose of the fee.

Who are the members of the Student Activity Fee Committee?

The SAF committee is comprised of six students representative of the campus student population; one of which is the president of the Student Government Association and also serves as the Co-chair; one faculty representative; one staff representative and one staff assistant.
