Mission: To develop a network of partners to educate the public, governmental, nonprofit, for-profit entities about key homeland security issues. To accomplish this, the following steps would be carried out:
- Develop partnerships
- Identify audiences
- Develop programming
- Deliver programming to relevant audiences
