Youth Swimming Lessons

Fall and Spring Sessions

These sessions meet Saturday mornings for 8 weeks.

Adult Swimming Lessons & Training Technique

Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions

These sessions meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenints 6:30 – 7:15pm for 6 lessons.

Water Fitness Classes

Water Fitness Classes for Men and Women (18 years and older) will be held at the following times:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 12:00pm-1:00pm

Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

FREE to current Penn State Harrisburg students with ID

Classes are on-going through out the semester.

*Note: There will be no evening meetings during January, due to swim meets. Evening classes will resume February 3rd.
