Coaching Philosophy

I believe that every player has a responsibility to the team both on the field, and off. No matter their role, each player has a part in the success of the team, whether it´s how they prepare for a game, or how they perform in the classroom. Upon graduating, each of these players will be entering the work world where the responsibilities become much greater. Their future success, and ultimately the success of their future employer, will depend on how well these players shoulder those responsibilities and function as a true team player in the work environment.
