Penn State Harrisburg is an undergraduate college and graduate school of The Pennsylvania State University offering two associate, 32 baccalaureate, 22 master's, three doctoral programs, and the first two years of study leading to more than 160 Penn State undergraduate majors available throughout the Commonwealth, as well as certificate and certification programs.

At the transfer level, the College serves students from all campuses of The Pennsylvania State University and students from community colleges and other accredited colleges and universities. Students of The Pennsylvania State University are encouraged to choose Penn State Harrisburg Common Year Major as their curriculum prior to transferring to Penn State Harrisburg.

Non-Degree Application

Students who are interested in enrolling in a course without formally applying for admission to the University should complete a "Non-Degree Application."
