Penn State Harrisburg offers all four years of study in 30 of its baccalaureate programs as well as the first two years of study leading to more than 160 undergraduate majors offered throughout the Penn State system.

Penn State Harrisburg is also a transfer location for students who begin their studies at another college, university, or Penn State location, and choose to complete baccalaureate study on the Middletown campus.
