

Dr. Young joined Penn State in 1995 and transferred to the Capital College in 2004. He has 19 years of corporate experience including various logistics-related posts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Transport of the United Kingdom and was a 2003 Fulbright German Studies Research Scholar in Berlin. An active publisher, he also reviews manuscripts for the Journal of Supply Chain Management and the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management and is an Affiliate Research Associate at Penn State's Center for Supply Chain Research.
