Vita

Dr. Culpan has been with Penn State Harrisburg for 20 years, teaching organizational behavior and development, strategic management, and international management at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Additionally, he taught in Europe and Turkey. He also held executive positions in business.

Dr. Culpan has many publications including three books, numerous journal articles, and chapters in books. In the past, he has earned the College Award for Excellence in Teaching. He has also consulted for a number of business firms nationally and internationally.
