Vita

Dr. Kulkarni joined Penn State Harrisburg in the fall of 1985, and became director of the School of Business Administration in 1999. He has extensive corporate experience in the commercial banking industry, and is a specialist in rural banking with several years of hands-on experience acquired in South Asia. Dr. Kulkarni's research relies heavily on large-scale computer-based financial databases. He has published in various academic journals.
