

Dr. Vora joined Penn State Harrisburg in 2001 as an Assistant Professor of Finance after completing a one-year position as a Research Specialist with the Wharton School. Prior to working for the Wharton School, he taught for four years at Penn State Great Valley. He has also taught at King's College and Penn State, and was a partner at COMEXCO, a commodities-trading firm. Dr. Vora has published in such refereed journals as Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Journal of Advertising, and Financial Services Review. He has also made numerous presentations at the Financial Management Association, Academy of Financial Services and Midwest Finance Association among others. Dr. Vora has received two Best Paper awards and also the 1997-98 Award for Excellence in Teaching at Penn State Great Valley.
