Any student currently enrolled at Penn State Harrisburg in the course for which he/she wishes to be tutored.
These requests are decided on a case-by-case basis, since there are details that need to be clarified by the World Campus instuctor. Usually we can tutor you, but the World Campus instructor needs to be informed and give us guidelines.
There is no cost for students enrolled at Penn State. It is a service provided by the University.
No, if a tutor is available when you drop in, the tutor will assist you. However, we recommend an appointment, particularly if the time you have available is limited.
During the fall and spring semesters, students are limited to two hours per week of scheduled tutoring with a peer tutor. If a tutor is available, students may drop in for tutoring in addition to the two hours per week of scheduled time.
During the summer session, there is no weekly limit for scheduled or drop-in tutoring.
