Reservations

Accommodations are the responsibility of the program participant. A limited block of reduced–rate rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. To make your reservations, call 1–717–234– 5021 by May 9, 2007 and receive special room rates of $99 single and double occupancy, plus 6% occupancy and 3% county tax. Participants must provide the hotel with their name, address, type of accommodations desired, check-in and checkout dates. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call.

• ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Check–In Time: 3:00 p.m. Checkout Time: noon. Variances are based on availability. The Hotel will do its best to accommodate requests.
• GUARANTEE PROCEDURE: Unless otherwise specified, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or a one (1) night deposit.
• CUT–OFF DATE: Rooms will be held until May 9, 2007, at which time non-guaranteed rooms are released for re-sale. Reservations requested past Cut–off Date are subject to availability. Room rates available for 2 days pre– and post– arrival.
• HOLD/CANCELLATION: Individual guests calling to make their own reservations are required to leave a credit card for guarantee. The Hotel will not accept "6 p.m. hold" reservations. If the guest needs to cancel their reservation, again they need to call the Hotel 24 hours prior to the day of arrival (i.e. by 6 p.m. 24 hours PRIOR to Arrival) in order to avoid cancellation charges.

Valet Parking

The indoor parking garage at the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg is available for $8.00 per day for in-house guests. Additional parking is located across the street at the Market Square Garage for $8.00 per day with Hotel validation at the front desk. Hotel guests using the Market Square Garage must present a garage ticket for validation at the front desk in order to receive the $8.00 fee, whereas if the ticket is lost, the guest will be charged the $18.00 fee that the City of Harrisburg charges the Hotel.
