
In their final full-weekend of the regular season, the top-ranked Icers (23-2-1) will host ECHL regular-season champion Mercyhurst (19-7-3) on Friday and Saturday as a part of Alumni Weekend. Before Saturday's game, past Icers will break out their gear for the annual Alumni Game, slated to start at 1 PM.

Nick Holmes kept the Icers off the board for 55 minutes of regulation and his teammates staked him to a 3-0 lead - it wasn't enough. The Icers scored three goals in the next five minutes, the third with just 32 seconds remaining, and the only one in overtime to sweep the Sooners with a 4-3 win on Saturday. Justin Kirchhevel netted two goals and George Saad scored the game-winner.
