Highlighted by four matchups against future Big Ten opponents Michigan State and Wisconsin and a home weekend series against Air Force, the Penn State men's hockey team's first NCAA Division I schedule has been announced by head coach Guy Gadowsky.

After being named to the ACHA All-Rookie team earlier this month, Tommy Olczyk was named ACHA Rookie of the Year for the 2011-12 season. Tommy led the Icers in goals with 24 and was second in points with 53. Read the full press release from the ACHA.

While an official schedule has yet to be released, there is one even we can certainly tell you about. This December, Penn State will participate in the first Pittsburgh College Hockey Invitational to be held at the Consol Energy Center - home of the Penguins. The Nittany Lions will join host Robert Morris, Ohio State and Miami.
