Funding from club sports [posted 10/28/04]

In the earlier part of fall '04 PSCC put forth its annual budget to the club sports organization for joining the WMCB league in the '05 season. Club sports partially approved the budget alloting the cricket club an amount of $500 for the coming year. The money alloted was well short of the amount requested from the club sports treasury($5617). Some of the recommendations made by the club sports was to increase the amount of money raised through membership dues and to be involved in fund raising activities across campus.

Change of club status [posted 09/14/04]

Beginning from fall'04 PSCC has now become a member of the club sports organization. The out going committee discussed the benefits of having become part of the club sports structure during their address in the AGM held on 09/13/04 at 203 Willard. The club would, from now on, have to present its budget to club sports who would independently decide on the amount to be allocated. Prior to this PSCC was a "student organization" which was supported by the funds allocated to us by UPAC.
