The sacraments are at the core of our Catholic faith; through them God gives us a share in His divine life: grace. Trying to incorporate the sacraments into our lives is indeed a noble pursuit, but a deeper understanding of Catholic doctrine reveals that building our lives around them is ultimately a more fulfilling experience. Frequent reception of the sacraments thus is both an exercise in humility as well as a taste of Heaven on earth! And we believe that this new life that Christ breathes into us will strengthen us on our journey unto His Heavenly Kingdom.
