Rover 3.0

This is the result of the 2006-2007 school year rover project. It was decided during this school year to fabricate a rover on a clean slate, rather than modify the previous chassis and components. At the competition, a short destroyed all of the on-board circuitry. The team hard-wired the rover's motors to the battery and performed some basic testing as a proof-of-concept for the differential steering and ability for the rover to navigate terrain.
