Mo has been with Penn State Ice Hockey for fourteen years as an assistant and Head Coach of the men's ACHA Division II team and as an assistant with the ACHA Division I program. As head coach of the Division II team he amassed a 131-62-11 record and took his team to the National Tournament four times, including a final four appearance.

   
Grace Reuss- Assistant Coach
Coach Reuss played for the Lady icers from 1997 to 2001 and is excited to be back on the ice with the Lady Icers!

Dr. Billie Willits- Advisor
The 2006-2007 season sees Dr. Willits continuing her work with the Lady Icers as the teams Advisor. After spending two years as the team's Head Coach, Dr. Willits will now focus on being the head of the management and business aspects of the team. In her first year as Head Coach of the Lady Icers, Billie led the team to the inaugural ACHA Women’s National Tournament. In the 2001-2002 season, Billie again led the team to ACHA Nationals, where the Lady Icers finished in Third Place, accomplishing their highest placing ever in National competition. Billie has supported various teams in a number of capacities over the past fifteen years. Her philosophy is to encourage team effort, growth as a person, strong work ethic, leadership, and enthusiasm for the game. Dr. Willits serves as Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Penn State and is a faculty member in the Smeal College of Business.
