The brothers of the Theta Chi Fraternity would like to welcome you to our website. We are the Omega
Chapter of the Theta Chi Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University. The chapter was founded in 1919
and most recently reorganized in 2002. We are one of the most prestigious chapters on the
Pennsylvania State University campus, most recently being awarded the Inter-Fraternity Council
Chapter of the Year in 2005.
We foster high scholastic achievement among our members; we extend true charity to those who need
such assistance; we promote good citizenship; we train and develop civic leaders; and instill and
extend throughout the community the highest ideals of honor, charity and true patriotism.
