This weekend draws a close to the ECCC road season, and the final days will end here at Penn State.

This is our house, and we MUST protect it.

We know the course, and we know the level of pain and suffering it will take to come out as the victor. If you think you're going hard, then go harder. If you think your legs can't take it anymore, or that your lungs are in too much pain, then tell your body to shut up and push even harder.

We've trained for this weekend.
We've climbed the arduous switch backs of Black Mo, and we've drank from the fountain of glory.
No excuses.
When you look back at the opposition climbing behind you, their face will be embody dread.
Use that as a motivator, and drop them. Bury them. Leave them in the dust, and make them wonder how you can keep going.
This is our weekend.

When Sunday rolls around, and we're flying through Frat Row, listen to the fans cheer on Penn State. The pride of this great university sits on our back as we wear our kits. Do it proud, and do the fans proud, and do everyone else who wore it proud.
Push yourself until there is absolutely nothing left to push.

Let's do this. Let's win this.
WE ARE! PENN STATE!
