The community is invited to a free concert as the local Penn State campus hosts Viva Voce! for the return of its “Shenango Presents” series at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3, in the Penn State Shenango auditorium located in downtown Sharon. Penn State Shenango Alumni Society invites you and your friends and family for an evening of fun and good food as it holds its Friends of Penn State Annual Dinner at 6:30 p.m.on Tuesday, February 7, in the campus' auditorium. Community members are invited to attend and hear this year's guest speaker Penn State Acting Director of Athletics David Joyner. A cash bar and hors d’ouvres will be available at 6 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 5:45 p.m.). Ticket price is $40. Proceeds from the event benefit Penn State Shenango student scholarships.
