Requesting Funds from SGA
To request funds from the Student Government Association, please fill out the form below. When completing the form, please note the following:
1) All signatures must be provided for the Funding Request to be considered.
2) Backup documentation to your request is recommended.
3) Funding Request Forms are due each Tuesday by 5:00 p.m. in E131 Olmsted to be considered for the Thursday meeting of that week. Requests must be handed to a Campus Life and Intercultural Affairs staff member. All requests received after 5:00 p.m. will be considered at the following weeks meeting.
